• החשבון: כתובת האימייל, והסיסמה בצורה מוצפנת שאי אפשר לשחזר ממנה את הסיסמה עצמה. מי שנכנס עם Google או Facebook: השם, האימייל ותמונת הפרופיל שהם מעבירים אלינו. את הסיסמה שלכם אצלם אנחנו לא מקבלים.
• הרשמה באתר waymark-online.com: נשמרים עם החשבון גם סוג הטלפון שבחרתם והשפה של הדף. באתר עצמו אין עוגיות ואין כלים למעקב.
• העדפות רכיבה שעניתם עליהן בכניסה הראשונה: סוג האופנוע, הניסיון, ומתי אתם רוכבים.
• ביקורות שכתבתם על מסלולים. הן מוצגות לרוכבים אחרים.
• דיווחים על מצב הדרך: המיקום וההערה, שנשלחים לחברה שמפעילה את הטיול שלכם.
• רכיבה בקבוצה: רק כשבחרתם לשתף מיקום, המיקום האחרון שלכם, הכיוון והמהירות נראים לחברי הקבוצה. אין היסטוריה של מיקומים, והמיקום נמחק כשהרכיבה הקבוצתית מסתיימת.
• פנייה למדריך בוואטסאפ: נרשם רק שפתחתם שיחה, לא מה נכתב בה.
• אנשי צוות של חברה שמקליטים מסלול: ההקלטה, ומה שהם מצרפים אליה (תמונות, סרטונים והקלטות קוליות), נשמרים אצל החברה שלהם.

המיקום משמש בטלפון כדי להציג אתכם על המפה ולנווט, גם בלי חיבור לאינטרנט. הוא נשלח לשרת רק כשאתם מחפשים מקום (כדי להציג תוצאות קרובות), כשהשרת מחשב בשבילכם דרך, כשאתם מדווחים על הדרך, וכשאתם משתפים מיקום ברכיבה בקבוצה. האפליקציה לא עוקבת אחריכם ברקע.

• Hetzner בגרמניה: השרת שעליו נשמר כל המידע.
• Google: כניסה עם Google. המפה והניווט של Google, רק כשבוחרים בהם, ואז המיקום עובר אליהם לפי התנאים שלהם. חישוב זמני נסיעה עם עומסי תנועה. תרגום תוכן נעשה בתוך הטלפון, והטקסט לא יוצא ממנו.
• Facebook: כניסה עם Facebook בלבד.
• Mapbox: הגלובוס ותצוגות התלת־ממד. Mapbox אוספת נתוני שימוש אנונימיים, ואפשר לכבות זאת דרך כפתור המידע שעל המפה שלהם.
• Esri, OpenFreeMap ו־Amazon Web Services: תמונות לוויין, מפת העולם ומפת הגובה. כמו בכל אתר, הם רואים את כתובת האינטרנט של הטלפון ואיזה אזור במפה נטען.
• Booking, Airbnb ו־WhatsApp: רק כשלוחצים על קישור אליהם, והם נפתחים אצלם.

אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא מציגים פרסומות, ואין באפליקציה כלים למעקב או לניתוח התנהגות.

כדי למחוק את החשבון וכל מה שנשמר בו, כולל המידע שהתקבל מ־Google או מ־Facebook, שלחו בקשה לכתובת owner@waymark-online.com מהאימייל של החשבון. נמחק תוך 30 יום ונאשר לכם במייל. אפשר גם לבקש עותק של המידע שלכם. בנוסף, אפשר להסיר את הגישה של Waymark בהגדרות של חשבון Google או Facebook שלכם.

Waymark is an Android app for riding motorcycle routes, with an admin site for the companies that run them. Waymark is operated by Roee Gadish. Questions: owner@waymark-online.com.

• Your account: your email, and your password stored in a form it can't be recovered from. If you sign in with Google or Facebook: the name, email and profile picture they pass to us. We never get your password there.
• Signing up on waymark-online.com: the phone type you picked and the page's language are kept with your account. The website itself has no cookies and no tracking.
• Riding preferences you answered at first launch: bike type, experience, when you ride.
• Reviews you write of routes. Other riders see them.
• Road reports: the location and your note, sent to the company running your trip.
• Riding together: only while you choose to share it, your latest position, heading and speed are shown to the group. No history is kept, and the position is wiped when the group ride ends.
• Messaging your guide on WhatsApp: only that you opened a chat, never its content.
• Company staff who record a route: the recording and what they attach to it (photos, videos, voice notes) are kept by their company.

Your location is used on the phone to show you on the map and to navigate, offline too. It reaches our server only when you search for a place (to show results near you), when the server works out a road for you, when you report a road, and when you share it on a group ride. The app doesn't track you in the background.

• Hetzner in Germany: the server where everything is stored.
• Google: signing in with Google. Google's map and navigation, only when you choose them, and then your location goes to Google under its terms. Travel times with traffic. Content translation runs on the phone, and the text doesn't leave it.
• Facebook: signing in with Facebook only.
• Mapbox: the globe and the 3D views. Mapbox collects anonymous usage data, which you can turn off from the info button on its map.
• Esri, OpenFreeMap and Amazon Web Services: satellite imagery, the world map and the elevation map. Like any website, they see the phone's internet address and which map area is loaded.
• Booking, Airbnb and WhatsApp: only when you tap a link to them, which opens with them.

We don't sell data, show ads, or put tracking or analytics tools in the app.

To delete your account and everything kept with it, including what came from Google or Facebook, email owner@waymark-online.com from your account's email. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also ask for a copy of your data. You can also remove Waymark's access in your Google or Facebook account settings.
